I love this weapon. The G3 SG-1 is just the rifle I was looking for. I tend to be some what of a patient shooter on the field, but I'm no sniper. This gun helps me in both closer ranges and distanced shots. The automatic feature is nice to have in a firefight. I have already upgraded mine with a M110 spring, reshimmed it, put metal gears in, steel brushings, and an EG1000 motor. I could have gone so much further with the upgrades, but decided against it. It has a huge upgrade ability. I fully recommend this gun for anyone that likes making acurrate shots and big guns.

I love this rifle i agree with the other review left by another happy customer. i don't really like the plastic fore grip but what ever you don't like can be changed. currently thanks to a surplus /gun equipment site Cheaper than dirt my Tokyo marui G3 SG1 will be a beautiful G3A3 rifle with a beautiful wooden stock grip and fore grip. I love to customize my airsoft rifles and this one is going to look badass!
thank you Precision for an exellent priced rifle that will be dressed up well when i'm finished with it!

Ok well, overall I'm gonna say this thing is a beast. I was looking for a nice sized assault rifle and decided the M16 was too common and stumbled upoon this G3. In combat the accuracy given by the long barrel is amazing and pin point with my red dot scope. In a recent black hawk down scenario, the G3 easily took out the skinnies from a good 70 yards haha. The only thing i have to regret is that the foregrip is of lower quality plastic and creeks a bit, but other then that, this gun is a sturdy bahemoth. While standing over a meter long, it can really pack a punch. One more thing to worry about is that with bipod use, the screws can become loose over time so make sure you screw them in tight before each match.
