The real steel version of this ICS PCR97 C-15 M4 AEG Carbine was developed by the US Naval Surface Warfare Center. It is the SOPMOD M4A1, based off of the standard M4A1 RIS platform; this weapon was designed to be an adaptation of basic issue weapons.
